Shipping and Processing Time

How long does it take for my item to arrive? We try to ship your item out within 5 business days of you placing your order. Please understand that some items are made to order and may require up to 5 days to create your handmade item while others are kept in stock at all times. But in general your item should arrive between 5 to 10 days from the time your item is ordered for domestic orders. While international orders will take longer. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. login.

What shipping method do you use? We travel between Montreal Canada and the United States. If we are in Montreal Canada at the time of your order we will use Canada post. If we are in the United States, we will use US Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the weight and size of your item. We sometimes use UPS.

Can I choose which method I prefer? No not at the moment. We use them interchangeably based on price and shipping times to ensure that we get your cute handmade things shipped to you as quickly as possible
